Double Occupancy AC Rooms With Breakfast Rs 3500.Big Family AC  Rooms with Breakfast Rs 4500.

Extra Person  Mattress :

 Rs 500 per person,Max one Extra Mattress allowed in Double occupancy Rooms and Max Two Extra Mattresses Allowed in Family Rooms.

Breakfast:

Will be served in Room

Breakfast is for per couple ie Two Tea/Coffee with Either Four Slices of Bread and Butter or Jam or  Two Bread Ommlette or Eight Slices of stuffed Potato or Onion Parantha with Butter,achar.

For Children Extra Rs100 for one Bournvita Milk, One Bread Ommlette or Bread Butter or Four Slice Parathas.

Early Checkin and late Check-out Rules:

One hour Before checkin or one hour after  checkout  without  extra charges depending on if there is no other bookings for that room.

For each hourly early Checkin or late check out after complimentary time then Flat 200 Rs extra for each  hour and max two hours will be there.

Pool Rules:

No Alcohol Bottles or any Glass bottle allowed, No Hookah no Cigarettes in Pool.

Pool opens 8 am to 8 pm.

Pool entry is not necessarily entitled with rooms, but if no Complete Pool Bookings is there then it's use is Complimentary 

No abusive languages as we are Family and Couple Friendly Resort

Gym:

Since we are a small property we have a simple Gym setup having Dumbbells,Kettle bells, Weights, Exercise Cycle,Jogger,Cross Trainer machine.

Temple , Meditation and Yoga

The Property has a Temple inside for Meditation.Yoga enthusiast can issue Yoga mats for self practice in Lawns

Reading Lounge and Indoor Sports  :

We have a small reading Lounge Area were books of different topics can be issued . Guest can also issue Carrom board,Chess boards, Playing Cards, Badminton,Children Cricket equipment and more.

Pet Policy:

Although we do not have any problems with Pets but it will be the sole responsibility of the guest to manage their pets and ensure that the property does not get dirty or damaged due to Pets.

Multi Cuisine Cafe:

We have an excellent menu which can be downloaded from our website 

Spa n Salon n Steam Room

This section is created for ladies only. And is given during ceremonies like wedding etc , for rest occasions we keep it closed.

Conference Hall

Yes we do have. Conference hall which can host 25 persons easily,it's equipped with sound and video projectors. Hiring Charges is 5000 Rs per four Hours .

Payment Policy:

Please Note all rates quoted are with out Gst ,for Gst Bills then 5% extra with  rooms charges or as per gst tariff and 5% with food Charges or as per gst tariff.

We Request that the guest pay 100% in advance for room bookings and 50% for food booking charges for parties or get together. In case of Cancellation,we need 72 hrs prior notice in WhatsApp or email  , in such case we will refund 50% of room advance and 100% of food deposit.
