cancellation & Refund Policy

                                                                  Cancellation Policy For Rooms/Accommodations 

1. No show No Refund

2. If rooms booked via tour operators/Travel agents/OTAS etc then cancellation will be processed as per the mou/Understanding of property with them. No Commitment with guests regarding this will be entertained 

3. If rooms booked via our personal website, then:

A) Within 24 hrs of arrival date no refund.

B) 7 days prior to the date of arrival the refund will be 75% along with deduction of bank charges/Other banking charges 

C) Up to 15 days prior the refund will be 90% along with deduction of bank charges /other bank9ng charges 

D) Processing time will take upto 4 weeks depending on refund to credit/debit card/saving/current account. 

                                                  Cancellation Policy for Marriages /Functions of Min Pax 25 onwards 

Notice period of min one month needed for 90 % refund along with deduction of banking charges/Taxes applicable.

No Refund or adjustment in between one month 

                                                           Cancellation Policy FOR YOGA & MEDITATION CAMPS ONLY 

1. Reservation requires 50 % of workshop/Camp deposit and rest of Payment needs to be deposited on Arrival.

2. Deposit is refundable 100% if cancelled 45 Days in advance however if group booking done then 90% of deposit is refunded if cancelled 45 days in advance.

3. Deposit is refundable 50 % if cancelled 15 Days in advance however if group booking done then 40% of deposit is refunded if cancelled 45 days in advance

4. Deposit can be forwarded for coming camps within next two months of the date of cancellation with only 5 % deduction, this is applicable for group booking only 

5. Group booking means at least 8 Adults participating.

6. Note refund will be processed after deducting banking charges levied during incoming and out going  banking transaction.

                                                                             Dispute and jurisdiction:

In case of any dispute the court of Tehri Garhwal (Uttrakhand) India would be final and binding
